About Course
Portal Essentials: Schedule an Event & Get a Class Code is a focused, click-path micro-course that takes you from an approved course record to a live event with a class code and a clean attendee roster. In ~15 minutes, you will confirm prerequisites, schedule a session, generate and record the class code, and capture attendance in a way that makes certificates and audits straightforward.
Who should take this
- CEU coordinators and LMS / ops administrators.
- Program owners and presenters responsible for event set-up.
- Marketing/A&D teams that track delivery and certificates.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to: (1) create a scheduled session from an approved course; (2) generate and record the class code; and (3) capture attendance cleanly for certificates.
Format & requirements
- ~12–13 minutes of instruction + 5-question quiz (80% pass).
