Market Scan & CEU Strategy

We start with a paid “CEU Readiness Audit.” We study your segment, review rival courses, and look for gaps. Then we match those gaps with your goals and products. You get a detailed report, two or three strong course ideas, and one clear pick with a draft outline. The fee rolls into the build if you move ahead. No risk. No pressure.

Course Build & Provider Setup

Next, we help you become a provider and build the course. We set up your portal profile, shape the outline, write learning goals, build the slide deck and quiz, and submit the course. If the board sends notes, we fix and resubmit until it is approved.

Launch & Lead (Go Time)

A course without a launch plan is just a file. Next, we create or tune the event or course page, set up forms, connect the flow into simple lists or your CRM, and write invite and follow up emails. We also give short scripts your reps can use in firm visits and posts.

CEU Admin & Ops Support

Some brands want help after launch. For a small set of clients we handle post event admin: attendance in the portal, certificates, simple reports, and light email help. Your team keeps control of the message. We keep the system clean.

Meet the Founder

CEU Builder was created by Robert Rupp, a long time digital and growth lead who has spent more than twenty years working with B2B and industrial brands.

He saw the same pattern again and again:

Brands spent time and money on CEU work, but the courses did not stand out, and no one could see a link between class time and real deals.

Robert built CEU Builder to give hospitality makers a focused way to fix this: clear strategy, strong courses, simple tools, and honest tracking.
